Job summary

Cox Automotive USA is seeking a Vehicle Operations Logistics Specialist I for an evening shift at a Cox location in the United States. This on-site role focuses on accurate vehicle data handling and logistics support.

You will input VIN, stock numbers, dealer IDs, and other vehicle details into the AS400 system, affix stickers, route work orders, flag no-key vehicles, and assist transporters during auction processes. A high school diploma and up to 2 years’ related experience are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Generally, less than 2 years’ related experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Regularly required to stand, walk, reach, talk and hear.

Responsibilities

• Input accurate vehicle information into the AS400 system using a handheld device (TC-75), including VIN, stock number, dealer ID, make/model/year, mileage, color, options.
• Affix barcode/stock number stickers to each vehicle upon arrival.
• Apply work order numbers and routing labels to vehicles.
• Identify and flag no key vehicles.
• Direct transporters to designated vehicle drop zones.
• Inspect and report transport damage as required.
• Provide proper sale identification windshield codes.
