Qualifications

• College/University graduate with CPP designation (preferred).
• 3–5 years’ experience processing U.S. payroll via UKG Pro and WFM.
• Fluency in English; strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
• Knowledge of FLSA, IRS 401k rules, and multi-state payroll compliance.

Responsibilities

• Process multi-state payroll with accuracy and compliance.
• Administer benefits enrollment, 401(k) contributions, and HRIS data.
• Provide payroll analytics, reports, and operational support to Finance and HR.
