Job summary

Qualifications

• RN license required and current, single-state or compact.
• CCM certification preferred within 90 days of hire.
• Minimum 3 years clinical practice with 1 year UM/care coordination.
• Experience collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care with manager, director and UM leaders.
• Oversee daily staffing, work distribution and productivity metrics.
• Monitor denial ratios and Epic work queues; report volumes.
• Provide coaching, mentorship, and orientation to new staff.
• Lead QA/PI activities and participate in performance improvement.
• Lead interviews and support training for staff and students.
