Qualifications

• RN license in Georgia with active, unrestricted status.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical practice; at least 1 year in UM/care coordination.
• BLS certification required.
• CCM within 90 days preferred.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site UM staff, supervise and train.
• Coordinate with physicians, providers and interdisciplinary teams.
• Oversee utilization management reviews using criteria like InterQual/MCG.
• Monitor throughput, length of stay, and reimbursement accuracy.
• Ensure timely certification of hospital admission and proper documentation in Epic.
• Support performance improvement initiatives and comply with standards.
