Responsibilities

• Oversee UM RNs and coordinate team activities.
• Manage staffing and daily work distribution.
• Monitor productivity and denial ratios.
• Lead QA, PI activities and performance evaluations.
• Provide training and preceptorship for staff.
• Collaborate with physicians and patient services.
• Ensure compliance with Medicare/Medicaid and documentation.
