Job summary

Diaconia seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead enterprise IT support for the Office of Special Investigations, serving as Key Personnel. The role drives program execution across classified and unclassified environments for 3,500+ users worldwide, with full authority over staffing, scheduling, and quality.

The candidate will oversee program management, ensure compliance with contract requirements, and coordinate with Government leadership.

Qualifications

Active Top Secret Security Clearance required.
Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Admin, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
Minimum of five years managing complex IT programs using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Experience leading enterprise IT initiatives for Federal Government organizations.
Experience facilitating Agile activities (Scrum, Kanban, Sprint Planning, Reviews).
Proven ability to prepare executive briefings, technical docs, and program communications.
Experience leading multidisciplinary teams in enterprise IT operations.
Strong leadership, organizational, analytical, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

Serve as the Contractor's primary representative for all contract matters.
Provide leadership and management for contract performance across all task areas.
Ensure successful execution of enterprise IT operations for USC HQ and worldwide sites.
Maintain ongoing communication with CO, COR, USG leadership and stakeholders.
Make decisions on contract performance, staffing, scheduling, and resources.
