Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology seeks a Project Manager to lead all aspects of project performance—technical, contractual, and administrative—on customer-site deployments in the Washington, DC area. You will serve as the primary liaison among government personnel, service leads, and the Senior Program Manager, guiding PMO processes and cross-team collaboration.

The role requires a BA/BS with 5+ years of experience and a TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree plus 5 years of experience.
• Security clearance TS/SCI with Polygraph.
• Ability to foster a team environment and maintain morale.
• Multitasking with a professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Define system scope and objectives, and develop processes to solve complex IT problems.
• Develop an integrated master schedule and design methods for complex system requirements and interfaces.
• Serve as primary point of contact between Service Lane Leads, Government personnel and Senior Program Manager.
• Collaborate with government PMs to maintain PMO processes, guidelines and procedures.
• Manage personnel involved in project activity and oversee task completion.
