Job summary

Pratum Companies seeks a Traveling Recertification Specialist to manage on-site recertifications across multiple apartment communities nationwide. You will travel up to 100% to support HUD and LIHTC programs, coordinating interviews, data collection, and income calculations with tenants and applicants.

This role requires two years of recertification experience, strong communication, attention to detail, and full understanding of HUD/LIHTC requirements; bilingual Spanish is a plus and candidate

Qualifications

• Two years of recertification experience required (Section 8/LIHTC/HUD).
• COS or TCS or HUD/LIHTC designations preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HUD 4350 and 236 programs is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage tenant interviews and collect asset/income data for annual renewals.
• Assist with move-ins/move-outs and annual/interim recertifications.
• Coordinate on-site data collection and processing of resident information.
• Ensure proper calculation of income, assets, and rent levels.
• Coordinate apartment inspections for recertifications and maintain resident files.
