The General Council of the Assemblies of God in Springfield, MO is seeking a Travel Logistics Coordinator to manage travel planning, scheduling, and church/conference relations for the Executive Director of U.S. Missions.

The role requires meticulous planning, real-time coordination, and calendar management across multiple engagements. Responsibilities include end-to-end travel arrangements, contingency management, and budget oversight within travel policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum one year office experience required.
• Proven experience in travel coordination, event scheduling and high-level administrative support.
• Budget reconciliation experience helpful.
• PC Skills (Microsoft Office Suite).
• Organizational prowess.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail oriented.
• Discretion, professionalism and high level of confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end travel planning. Research, book, confirm all travel arrangements, including flights, ground transportation and accommodations.
• Travel contingency management. Proactively monitoring travel schedules and make real-time adjustments to accommodate cancellations, delays etc.
• Travel budget management. Work within the allocated travel budgets, negotiating discounts or perks when possible and ensuring all travel expenses align with the travel policies.
• Calendar management.
• Internal event hosting.
