This full-time, on-site role emphasizes accurate data entry, data hygiene, and professional communication to verify and set up transporters on the platform. You will manage the onboarding inbox, conduct outbound verification calls, answer inbound inquiries, document interactions, and coordinate with Specialists as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Clear and professional phone and written communication.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-focused mindset with willingness to learn onboarding processes.
• Prior customer support or onboarding experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate data entry and maintain data hygiene across onboarding and account records.
• Manage inquiries via the Transporter Onboarding Support Inbox.
• Conduct outbound calls for initial verification and follow-up scheduling with Specialists.
• Handle inbound calls related to transporter onboarding and account setup.
• Document interactions and escalate issues as needed.
• Support additional operational tasks and projects as assigned.
