Job summary

RunBuggy is seeking a Fraud Operations Coordinator in Tempe, AZ, a hybrid role spending about 50% time on fraud prevention and 50% on transporter success. You will triage suspicious activity, vet carriers, support investigations, and assist with recovery while partnering with our Transporter Success team to onboard and engage carriers.

The role requires investigative instincts, strong documentation, and the ability to stay calm under pressure, including after-hours work during active threats;

Qualifications

• 2+ years of law enforcement or carrier compliance experience.
• 3-5 years of fraud operations, risk operations, or related fields.
• Automotive, logistics, or transportation experience preferred.
• Strong written documentation and investigative instincts.

Responsibilities

• Fraud Operations: evaluate potential fraud risks with new transporters and during reviews.
• Maintain immutable records of reviews, rationale, timestamps, and screenshots.
• Support investigations and recovery efforts for stolen or diverted vehicles.
• Assist in rapid-response actions to contain threats and limit exposure.
• Coordinate with carriers, customers, and internal teams to resolve issues.
