Job summary

Spot Freight, Inc. is seeking an Account Manager in Tempe, AZ to expand our customer base and manage partnerships. You will prospect, quote, and nurture accounts while delivering exceptional customer service and insights on freight solutions.

The role involves coordinating operations, optimizing carrier options, and maintaining a productive sales pipeline to meet revenue targets. Onsite position with overtime eligibility under FLSA guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or preferred.
• Sales and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Knowledge in the logistics industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new customers through calls and outreach.
• Maintain and grow existing accounts to achieve revenue targets.
• Provide quotes and consult guidance on services and solutions.
• Coordinate freight operations and work with carriers to optimize options.
• Meet monthly sales margin and revenue KPIs and ensure service levels.
