• Manage the operation with integrity to achieve key performance goals. Monitor, analyze and improve all primary variables impacting operating revenue and costs.
• Build a strong partnership with customer(s) through regular professional communication, problem solving and relationship building.
• Promote and monitor employee safety and take steps to create a positive safety culture and ensure compliance with safety programs and regulations.
• Embrace, promote and lead continuous improvement efforts.
• Ensure team members are trained and compliant with standard processes and procedures.
• Maintain a positive work environment and frequent communication with team members.
• Collaborate with on-site staff to identify operational improvements and share best practices.
