Qualifications

• Education: Associate/technical degree or equivalent work experience.
• Diesel technician background with ASE certification or proven diesel repair skills.
• 3–5 years of experience; lead technician or service manager.
• Strong knowledge of DOT rules and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities; able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop a strong team through leadership and coaching.
• Manage service operations and budget across facilities; monitor finances.
• Analyze costs and equipment utilization to identify efficiency gains.
• Oversee purchasing of parts, tires, oil, and shop supplies; manage inventories.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with DOT/OSHA/EPA/DOL and company policies.
• Maintain shop facilities and foster positive relationships with customers and staff.
