Qualifications

• Requires 3+ years IT support experience and strong Tier 2 capabilities.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Entra identity services.
• Ability to mentor Tier 1 technicians and document procedures.

Responsibilities

• Resolve escalated Tier 2 incidents, including Microsoft 365 and Entra issues.
• Troubleshoot endpoints, applications, and user accounts.
• Assist with reporting and back-end application requests.
