Lewis Bakeries, Inc. is seeking a Tier 1 IT Support Technician to provide on-site first-level IT support for office, production, and warehouse staff in Evansville, IN. The role covers hardware, software, network, and ERP-related issues in a manufacturing environment.

The successful candidate will handle password resets, VPN/MFA assistance, and basic device management, with opportunities for professional growth within a stable, long‑standing bakery leader.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; willingness to learn company-specific applications.
• Customer-focused, able to communicate clearly with staff across departments.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, Windows OS, and Office 365.
• Grounded in a hands-on production environment with IT support duties.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level IT support for hardware, software, and connectivity at multiple sites.
• Perform password resets, account unlocks, and basic VPN/MFA assistance.
• Assist with Microsoft 365 apps and Windows 10/11 issues; troubleshoot printers and network issues.
• Support ERP access, document scanning, and onboarding/offboarding IT setup.
• Log requests in the ticketing system and communicate clearly with users.
