Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills and a customer service mindset.
• Basic technical knowledge of computer hardware, Windows OS, and Microsoft Office/365.
• Willingness to learn company-specific applications and devices (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level support for office, production, and warehouse staff across locations.
• Perform password resets and account unlocks following identity verification.
• Assist users with VPN and MFA sign-in issues and phishing concerns.
• Support Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook/Teams/Word/Excel/SharePoint) and Windows 10/11 issues.
• Troubleshoot printer, network, and Wi-Fi issues and basic ERP access.
• Log and track all requests in the IT ticketing system and escalate as needed.

Education
