Job summary

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking an Enterprise Service Desk to support a large-scale government IT and cybersecurity program focused on providing enterprise network and technical support services to military personnel, government civilians, and contractors worldwide. This position is on-site in Kansas City, MO.

The Enterprise Service Desk will provide Tier 1 technical support and troubleshooting for end users accessing a global enterprise network environment.

Qualifications

• 0–6 months IT support experience or 6 months–1+ year IT help desk experience.
• Experience with desktop hardware, Windows OS, Office, Outlook, printers and network issues.
• Strong troubleshooting, customer service, communication and problem-solving skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; IT training/certifications preferred.
• Active CompTIA Security+ certification required; Secret clearance required.
• Familiarity with NGEN and SMIT environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support for enterprise network users and systems.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, network connectivity and account access issues.
• Support desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices and MFDs/MFPs.
• Assist with Outlook, Office Suite and Video Conferencing technologies.
• Document, track and elevate incidents while delivering excellent customer service.
