Job summary

Qualifications
- 2+ years in telecom installation, repair, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with telecom installation, repair, and troubleshooting.
- High school diploma or GED; some college preferred.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to pass criminal background checks.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and service inmate technology systems.
- Maintain onsite telecom hardware, networking gear, access points, and wiring.
- Address telephone repair and maintenance needs.
- Meet service requirements per customer contract.
- Build relationships with facility personnel and vendors.
- Monitor service time and expenses; deliver timely support.
- Provide onsite training for site personnel as needed.
