Job summary

New River Electrical is seeking a Project Manager II - Telecommnications (On-Site) to lead small to intermediate telecommunications projects from initiation to closeout. You will manage schedules, budgets, safety plans, and coordinating field operations with minimal guidance from leadership.

The role requires strong communication, bid preparation, and the ability to own P&L for assigned projects, coordinating with operations, business development, and clients to deliver on-time, within budget

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent construction PM experience.
• Strong communication and leadership skills are essential.
• Experience managing projects with P&L responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with customers and coordinate with Operations Management.
• Review RFPs and lead pricing strategy and budgeting decisions.
• Prepare estimates, take-offs, and bids in response to proposals.
• Lead training for superintendents and foremen on job plans and safety.
• Develop initiation plans including schedules, cash flow, and safety plans.
• Manage subcontractors to meet schedule, scope, and safety standards.
• Monitor project risks and opportunities and report recommendations.
• Oversee project billing, cash flows, and change orders.
