Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, business, project management, or related field.
• Eight years hands-on construction experience with three years supervising operations, or internship experience if no degree.
• Electric utility experience preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, organization and problem-solving skills; MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Support lead project managers in executing projects from small to intermediate scale.
• Prepare estimates and bids; review RFP opportunities and pricing.
• Manage project scheduling, field operations planning, safety plans.
• Handle procurement, scope definition and change management.
• Monitor project costs, cash flow, and revenue tracking.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships; communicate with stakeholders.
• Support monthly WIP and revenue reconciliation.
