Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Strong coding experience in Java or GoLang; SQL and relational databases knowledge.
• Experience with Linux and diverse operating systems; cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Experience using JIRA or equivalent ticketing tools; Confluence or similar documentation systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for complex system-level software products, prioritizing issues and resolving them.
• Manage escalations to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Conduct analysis and research of complex issues with cross-functional collaboration.
• Perform root cause analysis using logs, databases, and server metrics to provide solutions.
• Validate bug fixes and ensure regression-free functionality.
• Develop and maintain troubleshooting plans and environment setups.
• Collaborate with R&D during product issue resolution.
