Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in a technical field.
- 2+ years in application/technical customer support or problem management with databases.
- OS and database certifications are preferred, including Oracle OCP/OCA and SQL Server Certified Engineer.
Responsibilities
- Provide escalated technical support for complex issues and lead problem management cases.
- Coordinate escalated cases with internal teams and third-party vendors to resolve.
- Analyze tickets using root cause analysis to determine solutions.
- Install, monitor, maintain, and optimize production server hardware and software.
- Monitor production performance, health metrics, and logs for issue detection.
