Job summary

Convergint Technologies LLC is seeking a full-time Project Manager in Tulsa to oversee all aspects of assigned projects, from planning to closeout, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and maximizing client satisfaction.

You will coordinate installation, start-up, procurement, and quality control while interfacing with customers & teams to drive results and growth within Convergint's collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Experience leading projects in a technical environment (installations, systems, or similar).
• Ability to coach, mentor and develop staff; strong leadership orientation.
• Proven team leadership, collaboration and proactive communication.
• Strong written/verbal communication; able to influence and present.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects from award to closeout, including planning and scheduling.
• Direct on-site activities, budgeting, procurement and client coordination.
• Prepare installation plans, cost estimates, bids and change orders; support sales as needed.
• Maintain project records, schedules, costs and status updates for stakeholders.
• Mitigate project risks and manage customer satisfaction, safety and quality.
• Oversee subcontractors, labor and procurement to meet milestones within budget.
