Vertical Screen, Inc in Warminster, PA is seeking a friendly Tier 1 Technical Support Representative to serve as the primary contact for customers needing help with our products and services. The role offers on-site work Monday through Friday with shifts 8:00am-4:00pm, 9:00am-5:00pm or 10:00am-6:00pm and pays $16 per hour.

You will handle support via phone, chat and email, troubleshoot basic issues, and escalate when needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to handle confidential information and follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide client support on a wide range of items.
• Respond to external or internal requests for service and determine needs.
• Refer to appropriate staff when needed.
• Handle client issues via phone, chat and email.
• Offer Tier 1 and Tier 2 support, training and troubleshooting by phone.
• Address internal or external requests for service and determine scope.
• Provide on-site or remote support as required (phone, chat, email).
• Investigate error messages and determine resolutions.
• Train users in startup, basic and advanced use of our websites.
• Process client orders/changes per department policies.
