Vertical Screen, Inc. is seeking an Applicant Services Representative to assist external applicants by phone and email. This on-site role in Warminster, PA requires strong communication and meticulous attention to detail, with a 2pm-10pm shift and a pay rate of $16 per hour.

You will be the first point of contact for applicants, guiding them through the background screening process and providing accurate information to ensure a smooth experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in fast-paced call center environments preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in background screening research via outbound calls and emails.
• Support applicants through the screening process in a call center environment.
• Draft professional emails efficiently and accurately.
• Review documents and information needed for background checks.
• Communicate updates to applicants and complete required follow-up research.
• Document detailed notes of applicant interactions in the system.
