Vertical Screen, Inc. is seeking an Applicant Services Representative to assist external applicants by phone and email. This on-site role in Warminster, PA, runs from 2pm to 10pm and pays $16 per hour.

You will be the first point of contact, guiding applicants with information, updates, and guidance through the background screening process. You will draft professional emails, review required documents, and maintain detailed notes in the system.

Formación

• At least a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in call center/customer service preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate clearly.

Responsabilidades

• Be the first point of contact for external applicants by phone and email.
• Guide applicants through the background screening process.
• Draft professional emails efficiently and accurately.
