Job summary
Everett Public Schools is seeking a CTI Program Tech Support Provider for its Cohort 3. This on-site role supports instruction with basic technology, online platforms, and certification testing preparation. February 2028–May 2028.
The ideal candidate will troubleshoot common tech issues, assist instructors and adult learners with accounts and access, and coordinate with district staff while ensuring confidentiality.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Comfort using computers, Chromebooks, browsers, email, online learning platforms, and digital testing systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot common tech problems and assist adult learners patiently.
Responsibilities
- Provide on-site technology support during scheduled program activities, certification preparation, and testing.
- Assist participants and instructors with accessing computers, Chromebooks, online platforms, digital materials, and certification systems.
- Help participants create accounts, log in, reset passwords, and navigate online testing systems.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, browser, audio, display, and login issues.
- Prepare, distribute, collect, and secure program technology and equipment.
- Escalate complex issues to district technology staff when needed.
