Qualifications

• Ability to troubleshoot common technology problems and assist adult learners with patience.
• Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and escalate issues to district staff when needed.
• Experience supporting technology in educational, training, testing, or workplace settings preferred.
• On-site availability during program hours, especially during technology-dependent instruction and testing.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technology support during scheduled program activities, certification preparation, and testing.
• Assist participants and instructors with accessing computers, Chromebooks, online platforms, and certification systems.
• Help participants create accounts, log in, reset passwords, and navigate online testing systems.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, browsers, audio, display, printing, and login issues.
• Prepare, distribute, collect, and secure program technology and equipment.
• Confirm devices and platforms are functioning before certification activities.
