Job summary

MMD Services is hiring a Technical Support Engineer for its New York technology team, on site in Midtown Manhattan to cover weekend shifts. You will work with traders and staff to resolve issues quickly, with a focus on root-cause analysis and end-user satisfaction.

Responsibilities include Bloomberg Terminal troubleshooting, Microsoft 365 and Exchange administration, PowerShell automation, AD/Entra ID, Intune management, and Windows hardware support across a global enterprise.

Qualifications

• Hands-on support in financial services or high-performance environments.
• Direct Bloomberg Terminal support experience preferred.
• Strong PowerShell scripting and admin use.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-touch, first-line technical support to traders and staff.
• Own Bloomberg Terminal troubleshooting including installation and config.
• Support Microsoft 365, Outlook, mailbox config, and Exchange issues.
• Utilize PowerShell to diagnose issues and automate tasks.
• Administer AD/Entra ID and manage endpoints via Intune.
• Troubleshoot Windows 10/11 desktops and end-user devices.
• Monitor incoming requests across phone, email, and chat queues.
• Coordinate with global tech teams across regions.
