Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Venue Technology Assistant to support daily operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of A/V and venue technology systems across our property. This role ensures that all A/V and IT equipment functions efficiently for events, guests, and internal teams.

The candidate will assist in installation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of equipment, while coordinating with vendors and internal teams to keep systems running smoothly during events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a tech field.
• Students and graduates with related experience also considered.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation, configuration, and setup of A/V equipment (wiring, cabling, racks, displays, projectors, mics).
• Provide ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting of venue A/V systems.
• Conduct routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and QA checks.
• Document installation, maintenance, inventory, and equipment updates.
• Respond to internal A/V support requests quickly and professionally.
• Track repairs, coordinate RMAs, maintain logs of hardware movements.
• Generate reports on system performance and maintenance schedules.
• Collaborate with vendors to resolve technical issues and implement changes.
• Serve as on-site A/V support contact during events and operations.
• Maintain knowledge of venue systems and technology protocols.
