SI Staffing, Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our on-site team. You will recruit, screen, interview, and place qualified candidates while maintaining a professional and positive experience for workers and clients.

In this client-facing role, you will build relationships, handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and ensure staffing needs are met with urgency and accuracy. Bilingual skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bilingual skills preferred.
• 2+ years staffing or recruiting experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in recruiting, HR, staffing, sales, customer service, or another client-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, screen, interview, and place qualified candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of workers.
• Communicate daily with applicants, employees, and clients.
• Support client accounts and help manage staffing needs.
• Build strong relationships with supervisors, managers, and business contacts.
• Follow up with clients to ensure staffing needs are met.
• Coordinate interviews, orientations, onboarding, and placements.
• Resolve attendance, scheduling, and employee issues.
• Maintain accurate notes and updates in company systems.
• Work with urgency to fill open orders quickly and professionally.
• Represent SI Staffing with professionalism, respect, and accountability.
