The ideal candidate will have HR or recruiting experience, be fluent in Spanish, and possess strong organizational and communication skills.

Formación

• Previous experience in Human Resources, recruiting, or other related fields.
• Spanish Speaking (required).
• Prior experience recruiting in the construction industry is a plus.
• Ability to build rapport with all employees.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees
