This W2 contract focuses on recruiting entry-level production associates, forklift drivers, and machine operators, handling full-cycle recruitment and delivering exceptional service to candidates and clients.

You will build pipelines, leverage sourcing strategies, and meet defined metrics while working in a dynamic Talent Solutions RPO environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting experience.
• Strong proven sourcing skills.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
