The Georgia Department of Corrections is hiring an ITT070 Systems Support Tech 1 to serve as the Operations Analyst at the Bainbridge facility. The role provides management information system user support on an ongoing basis, in person and via phone, email, or remote locations.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting end-user problems, training staff on software applications, installing and maintaining PC hardware and software, and preparing data reports for facility and central office

Formación

• High school diploma/GED and one year of experience, including report writing and data collection, tabulation, computation and analysis.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, industrial management, decision sciences, information sciences, computer sciences, systems engineering or a related field.

Responsabilidades

• This position serves as the Operations Analyst at a state prison.
• Provides MIS user support on a continuing basis primarily in person, but also via telephone, email or from remote locations.
• Troubleshoots end-user problems.
• Trains end users on software applications.
• Installs and maintains personal computer hardware and software.
• Prepares data reports for facility and central office management.
• May supervise the facility Operations Analysis Technician, assigning work and monitoring performance.
