Job summary

Management & Training Corporation (MTC) Graceville Correctional Facility is hiring for an intermediate IT systems support role. You will operate automated data processing equipment and support software applications in accordance with ACA, MTC, FDOC, and DMS directives.

This full-time position requires enabling secure, reliable IT infrastructure for facility operations. The role reports to the finance manager and involves installation, maintenance, training, and documentation of system

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years’ experience in microcomputer systems support or 30 semester hours in CS/related field preferred.
• A+ certifications, network administration and MSCA experience preferred.
• Valid Florida driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Maintain server and network infrastructure and assist with WAN connections.
• Provide training and operational support for data processing hardware/software.
• Develop and maintain procedure manuals and reports on system efficiency.
• Ensure safety and accountability of staff, inmates, and property.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

Two years experience in microcomputer systems support

Thirty semester hours in computer science or related field

A+ certifications
