Job summary

The Staff Pad is seeking an experienced Systems Engineer for a full-time, on-site role in San Felipe, Texas. You will support internal IT across multiple offices and two data centers while assisting the Managed Services team with hotel back-office networks.

Responsibilities include administering Windows Server, AD, DNS/DHCP, 365/Entra ID, patch management, and remote support. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in IT and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT support, systems administration, or network administration.
• Experience supporting multi-site environments and remote users.
• Experience with a managed service provider, NOC, or ISP support organization preferred.
• Hospitality technology experience, including PMS, POS, or hotel lock systems preferred.
• Scripting or automation experience with PowerShell, Python, or similar tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver timely technical support to employees onsite and remotely across multiple office locations.
• Administer Windows Server (AD, GPO, DNS, DHCP) with Microsoft 365 and Entra ID, including accounts and permissions.
• Diagnose and resolve issues with workstations, laptops, printers, VoIP phones, and mobile devices.
• Maintain datacenter infrastructure (Hyper‑V, backup/replication, firewalls, switching, wireless, VPN, site connectivity).
• Oversee onboarding/offboarding, IT inventory, and hardware lifecycle tracking.
