Job summary

The Staff Pad in San Felipe, United States is seeking a Systems Engineer to support the internal IT environment and the Managed Services team across multiple offices and two data centers.

You’ll administer Windows Server (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP), Microsoft 365 and Entra ID, manage devices and network gear, perform patching and backups, and help troubleshoot hotel back-office networks for contracted properties.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or network administration.
• Experience supporting multi-site environments and remote users across servers, desktops, and network hardware.
• Experience with a managed service provider, NOC, or ISP support organization preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver timely technical support to employees onsite and remotely across multiple office locations.
• Administer Windows Server (Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP) along with Microsoft 365 and Entra ID.
• Diagnose and resolve issues with workstations, laptops, printers, VoIP phones, and mobile devices.
• Maintain datacenter infrastructure, including Hyper-V, backup/replication, firewalls, switching, wireless, and VPN.
• Oversee onboarding/offboarding, IT inventory, and hardware lifecycle tracking.
• Troubleshoot hotel back-office networks, including routers, firewalls, switches, and ISP circuits.
