Job summary

Riviera Dining Group is seeking an on-site IT Systems Administrator to lead network administration, Microsoft 365, and end-user support across its venues in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

This full-time role requires hands-on work, including active service hours, ladder work, and on-site troubleshooting. A lead/managerial background and CCNA or similar certs are preferred. This position is not remote.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT support and systems administration experience, including 2+ years in a lead or managerial role.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Cisco Meraki networking equipment.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft 365 admin center and SharePoint Online.
• Working knowledge of Slack administration.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems such as Zendesk, Freshservice, or Jira.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize competing requests, and respond under time pressure.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require, including support during active restaurant service.

Responsibilities

• Lead network administration across multiple venues using Cisco Meraki gear.
• Administer Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online; manage Exchange Online, Teams, and OneDrive.
• Provide help desk support, handle tickets, and assist during service hours on-site.
• Manage business applications, user roles, permissions, and Slack integrations.
• Maintain IT security practices, backups, patch management, and access control.
• Oversee vendor relationships and IT asset inventories.
