Job summary

ANA, Inc in Henderson, NV is seeking a Systems Engineer to support the development of next-generation hybrid power generation and energy systems. Working with experienced engineers, you will translate stakeholder needs into clear product functions and system requirements.

This full-time on-site role reports to the Senior Electrical Systems Engineer. The ideal candidate has a solid background in electrical, mechanical, and software interfaces, with DFMEA experience and strong cross-functional

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or closely related field.
3+ years of product-development or systems-engineering experience in automotive, industrial equipment, or energy systems.
Foundational ability to contribute to system requirements, specifications, and verification documents.
Exposure to DFMEA and risk-based design reviews; capable of cross-functional collaboration.
Full-time, on-site presence at the Henderson, NV facility.

Responsibilities

Define high-level product functions, operating modes, state transitions, and expected behaviors for new products and updates.
Translate stakeholder needs into measurable system requirements, performance budgets, and operating limits for power and energy.
Allocate requirements to subsystems and identify owners, dependencies, and open decisions.
