Job summary

Carvana is seeking an on-site IT Service Desk professional in Riverside, CA. You will provide end-user support, manage hardware and software, and maintain networked systems for reliability and security.

The role requires travel to Carvana locations and strong problem-solving skills to keep operations smooth. Ideal candidates will have Windows Server and Active Directory expertise, experience with Meraki devices, G-Suite/Office 365, and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Requires hands-on experience administering Windows Server, Active Directory, DHCP and network services.
• Proficient with Windows OS and imaging.
• Experience with Meraki security appliances and mobile devices.
• Strong English communication and customer service skills.
• Familiar with G-Suite and Office 365 suites.

Responsibilities

• Provide service desk support and hardware/software issue resolution.
• Travel up to 60% for site setups and on-site support at Carvana locations.
• Configure and maintain networked systems for availability and security.
• Assist with onboarding and desk moves, set up IT peripherals.
• Document solutions and share knowledge with the team.
