Responsibilities

• Maintain, upgrade and support SCDC software, hardware, and networks infrastructure.
• Diagnose and resolve technical problems and communicate with IT Management.
• Install and rebuild servers, manage backups and malware protection.
• Monitor system performance and apply patches/upgrades.
