Job summary

Empower AI seeks a Site Systems Administrator to provide on-site SA services for DoS offices across the United States. You will install, monitor, and manage servers, network gear, and applications like AD, SCCM, and databases, while enforcing security controls and performing routine backups and restorations.

You will log incidents in ServiceNow, track changes, and maintain current topology diagrams and documentation, with regular status reporting and risk notifications to management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT or related experience.
• Bachelor's in IT or related field.
• Secret Security Clearance.
• CompTIA Sec+, ITIL 4 Foundation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and monitor hardware and applications (AD, SCCM, databases).
• Manage security, patches, VIBs, and remediation per DoS policies.
• Ensure backups, restores, and data purging for availability and recoverability.
• Log, manage, and resolve incidents in the ticket system (ServiceNow).
• Maintain site topology diagrams, configurations, and documentation.
• Provide regular status reporting and risk notification to management.
