Job summary

International Minerals Carlsbad LLC is seeking an experienced IT Systems Administrator to support the mining and industrial operation in Carlsbad, New Mexico. The role covers maintaining Windows systems, Active Directory, cloud services, and network infrastructure across office and operational areas.

The ideal candidate will diagnose systems and network issues independently, coordinate with vendors, and maintain backups and security controls. On-site work at the Carlsbad facility is required.

Qualifications

• Three to five or more years of progressively responsible experience in systems administration or related IT role.
• Strong experience supporting Microsoft Windows environments and Active Directory.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, and cloud technologies.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Windows servers, workstations, and related infrastructure.
• Maintain Active Directory, Group Policy, and user permissions.
• Monitor and troubleshoot network services: DNS/DHCP/VPN/WAN/LAN/Wi-Fi.
• Support cybersecurity controls, backups, disaster recovery, and documentation.
