GTSC's AEITS unit in Annapolis Junction, MD is seeking a Systems Administrator, Level I to join on-site. The role requires an active Top Secret SCI clearance with polygraph and certifications (CompTIA A+ CE and/or Network+ CE).

You will respond to user inquiries, log tickets, diagnose basic issues, and mentor trainees as needed. Requirements include a HS diploma or GED with 10 years of IT experience or a Bachelor's with 5 years; experience with ServiceNow ticketing.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED and 10 years of IT experience, or a Bachelor's with 5 years of IT experience.
• IT-related work counts toward experience; active TS/SCI clearance required with polygraph.
• CompTIA A+ CE and/or CompTIA Network+ CE certification.

Aufgaben

• Respond to user inquiries via phone, email, chat, or ticketing systems.
• Log and track support requests using a help desk system.
• Diagnose and resolve basic hardware, software, and network issues.
• Provide step-by-step troubleshooting guidance to users.
• Escalate complex issues to second-level or specialized teams when needed.
• Mentor less experienced professionals and trainees as required.
