Government Technical Services Corporation seeks a Systems Administrator, Level I, to support on-site operations in Annapolis Junction, MD. The role requires an active Top Secret SCI clearance with a polygraph and a strong focus on customer service in a high-security IT environment.

The position demands a high school diploma with extensive IT experience or a bachelor’s degree with relevant experience, plus certifications such as CompTIA A+ CE and/or Network+ CE.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required with 10 years IT experience
• Bachelor's Degree with 5 years of IT experience preferred
• IT experience must be in related work roles
• Certifications: CompTIA A+ CE and/or CompTIA Network+ CE

Responsabilidades

• Respond to user inquiries via phone, email, chat or tickets
• Log and track support requests in the help desk system
• Diagnose and resolve basic hardware, software, and network issues
• Provide step-by-step guidance for troubleshooting
• Escalate complex issues to second-level support as needed
• Mentor less experienced staff and trainees when required
