Job summary
Government Technical Services Corporation is looking for System Administrators (Level I, II, or III) in Annapolis Junction, Maryland. The role involves supporting the implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems.
Ideal candidates will have experience in enterprise environments and a Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline. Clear communication skills and experience with system administration for Windows and UNIX/Linux are also essential.
This position is fully on-site and offers various benefits including 5 weeks PTO and competitive salary ranges.
Qualifications
- Experience supporting IT systems in enterprise environments (level dependent).
- Level I: ~5 years or equivalent experience/training.
- Level II: ~10 years.
- Level III: ~15 years.
Responsibilities
- Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems.
- Manage daily operations of systems including servers, storage, and network devices.
- Monitor system performance and ensure availability and reliability.
- Perform system configuration, patching, and upgrades for Windows and/or UNIX/Linux environments.
