• Provide Tier 1 Help Desk support to customers

• Conduct account management activities for users
• Perform vulnerability scanning using provided security tools
• Install and implement security patches to ensure the IT systems meet security standards.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (ability to substitute years of experience)
• IAT Level II certification (as mandated by DoD Directive 8140.01 & 8570-01-M)
