Job summary

BTS Software Solutions is seeking a System Administrator to manage information systems in support of customer operations. The role covers UNIX/Windows administration, Tier 1–2 support, and ongoing system optimization.

Primary location is Annapolis Junction, MD, with a TS/SCI with Poly clearance requirement. Level II requires 5 years of related Federal Government experience or a degree plus experience; Level III requires 10 years.

Qualifications

• Experience in implementing, troubleshooting and maintaining IT systems.
• Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 escalation support.
• Manage day-to-day configuration and operation of IT systems.
• Clearance TS/SCI with Poly required.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems.
• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 problem identification, diagnosis and resolution.
• Monitor and resolve issues across client/server/storage/network devices and mobile devices.
• Provide status updates to agency management and internal customers.
• Configure and manage UNIX and Windows operating systems and network components.
