Job summary

Oracle in Santa Clara, CA seeks an on-site Sustaining Operations Program Manager to oversee our server and rack product lines. You will be the on-site leader working directly with contract manufacturers, aiming to maximize line stability, optimize yield, and reduce costs after mass production launches.

• Experience leading on-site CM operations and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to drive yield improvements and cost reductions in mass production environments.
• Experience guiding ECOs and avoiding production line stoppages.

Responsibilities

• On-Site CM Management: Lead daily operations at the contract manufacturing partner site for server and rack assembly, testing, and shipping.
• Production Stability: Monitor factory output and rapidly fix capacity bottlenecks.
• Yield & Quality Control: Track data and field returns to identify root causes of quality drops and maintain yield targets.
• Cost Optimization: Lead VAVE projects to reduce waste and lower COGS.
• Engineering Changes: Guide cross-functional teams through ECOs without stopping production.
• Supply Support: Collaborate with supply chain to source secondary parts and prevent line shutdowns.
